There are many times where 50 weak enemies will appear at once and you can kill them all with an AOE demon power. Shockwave, Deathmachine, Purgining Flame or Sunray are probably the best demon powers for this. An easy place to get this is in the level "The Ossuary". Just allow a bunch of the weak skeletons to spawn and group up and then kill them all with your chosen demon spell.

I got this on accident when fighting the Broodmother boss (I was level 13)
Run around the area breaking eggs which count towards "Abstinence Kills" and "Tzar Bomba", and when you have built up your Overdrive (I had shockwave), you should have several dozens of spiders behind you, turn around and use it.
You should cause a ton of damage with this, killing upwards of 50 easily.

Mahtan, Tinuvil
Similar to "Tactical Vran" but this have to be done with your demon power. Wait until you get a Legendary – purple one - so it does more damage and it lasts longer. The "Den of The Broodmother" map helps, as the eggs will count as well.
