Obviously, if you average two challenges per level, then you should get this by the time you complete the other achievements, including getting to level 50 of the fracture. I prefer not having to ever redo a level, so I avoided the ones that required you to overkill anything remotely strong or that didn't allow you to use demon powers. At first I wasn't sure if the challenges from the five levels that randomly change daily also count towards this or only count towards this, because the 50 challenge achievement (Juggling Frogs) didn't pop for me for a long time, but I'm pretty sure they both count. The achievements were bugged for me on Xbox One X, as they both triggered at the exact same second for me (better than not at all!)

@MushaConvoy, my 50 popped from challenge in fracture, but I’m over 200-300 challenges done between fracture and random daily and still no pop for the 100. Definitely buggy.

I'm at hundreds of challenges done on a normal character sofar, and approximately the same with a hard-mode character. I've been doing 10-20 challenges pr day in the daily dungeons, and 1-2 fractures with random unlocked challenges there as well. Stilll no pop.

This one is definitely wonky. It finally popped in The Fracture.
In total, I had:
124 Daily Challenges completed (manually tracked)
195 Fracture Challenges completed
Was at 194 Fracture Challenges then brought up my daily challenges to over 100. Went back to the Fracture and immediately after the 1st challenge I completed here with my Daily Dungeons over 100, the cheeve popped. No idea if this will work for all, but it’s what work for me 🤷🏻♂️
Just gotta Buzz Lightyear this mess
Never give up. Never surrender 🤣

Strange, I kept track of all my stars in The Fracture, was up to approximately 80 stars (normal) and 60 stars (hardcore) when the "50" achievement popped for me. I wasn't even in The Fracture when it happened, was doing one of the daily dungeons.
After running through The Fracture on a Normal and Hardcore/Hard save slot, I've noticed the Fracture maps aren't randomly generated, they're the same each time. I suspect this achievement is actually tied to getting stars in the daily dungeons (Hanging Gardens, Lethean Caves, Amaranthine Autumn and Cadaver City).
Update: I'm almost certain its the daily dungeons. After reaching Tier 50 in The Fracture, I had a total of 122 Stars and no achievement. I haven't kept track of the stars in the daily dungeons as each day they reset and you can't count your progress. I also think that it may be cumulative as the "50 star" achievement popped for me upon completion of a daily challenge, but not my buddy. I'd cleared a number of daily challenges on a hardcore save slot that he hadn't.
Update #2: "100 star" achievement popped during a daily challenge on the Hardcore save slot. Most certainly did not get 100 stars in daily maps on hardcore alone, this leads me to believe that the stars are accumulative between save slots and only count in random dungeons (as the description suggests) and not The Fracture.

Ok. So here's my working theory.
Firstly I'm hoping someone with contacts to these devs can take this to them and hopefully get this sorted out. This is one of my most favorite games and I'd love for it to get some attention.
So I've been working on my challenges and I noted something going on here. This occurred both before and after I completed the story.
After I'd complete say 3 challenges and go back to the map that I just completed, they'd show as completed. However, after completing 5 challenges and going back to the map to verify, 8 times out of 10 they'd be reset and have different challenges. The other 2 times the map would show that the 5 were completed.
This leads me to believe that 1; the 50 and 100 hundred challenges will only unlock after ALL 5 for each map have been completed, which then leads me to believe there is something going on in the coding that is either a, registering them as completed and progressing, by way of showing they're completed, or b, they're being reset instead of progressing, thus losing the time you put in for those 5 challenges, or, or, 2; the coding for completing them is completely screwed!
In either case, I'd, and I'm sure MANY others would love for this to be not only clarified as to how to go about this, but also to be rectified.
Someone please use your resources, I have none, to run this up the chain, and while you're at it, more dlc would be fantastic!
