If you're having trouble finding the recipes, you can transmute 3 yellows for the chance to get any legendary talisman, i kept getting doubles of green/yellow recipes so i got myself 3 random yellow talismans, transmuted for the legendary chance and then deleted local save until i got the purple i wanted.
