This is actually very easy to do. Simply load up your backpack with ammo before you enter the outlands and then book it to the exit once you are in. As long as you escape you'll get the achievement without having to loot anything.
As an added bonus, ammo can be deconstructed for the same price it can be constructed so you can deconstruct the ammo you make for this achievement and get all your materials back after.

This took a hot minute to pop but it did eventually clock; thank you! Was not having luck with this one at all. +1

This is not hard to get but it requires a but if luck in not encountering anybody in a gun fight, and if you do, it gets even easier if you win and are able to grab the enemy loot box. Simply fill every spot with at least 1 unit of resources, and materials.
Note : your gun inventory does not have to be full if I remember correctly.

You must fill up all of your backpack slots, not including your four weapon slots, and escape through an exit area. You can fill up your backpack by looting materials, resources, ammo, etc. But, the easiest way to do this is to fill your backpack with ammo, enter an encounter and then just head to an exit area. Remember ammo can be crafted for the same amount of materials as it can be deconstructed.
