This achievement is for deconstructing items via the deconstruct sub-menu under the Equip menu.
While you can deconstruct anything to get this, if you don't feel like deconstructing something you might want to use later you can instead craft 100 ammo and then deconstruct it for the same price as the construction, netting you the achievement for 0 resources.

Just wait until you get enough materials and go in the crafting menu section where it says deconstruct. Dismantle 100 items and the achievement is yours.

This achievement is rewarded for using the deconstruct sub-menu, located under the equip menu. While you can deconstruct anything from your stash, an easy and cost friendly way to get this done is to craft 100 units of any ammo and then deconstruct them for the same amount of materials as you used to craft them.
