Not a guide as per say but worth noting only the four original healing plans that were included at launch are required to unlock the achievement despite more being released with recent updates.

This includes Disinfectant, Bandages, Painkillers, and Antibiotics.

The Caffeine and Iodine are not required.

This is most likely the last achievement you’ll need, next to 1,000,000 in stash.

It’s luck of the draw really. The way I did it is by making use of the login bonus, which gives you xp towards rewards. Donating food also gives you crates. The green crates are the one’s you want, those have a chance at the consumable plans

Season 9 brought out crates for winning Elimination. This is by far the fastest way to earn plans for consumables and weapons now.

Even if you lose and get 1000 points, you walk away with a common crate.

Update: you can still get elimination crates but have to donate crowns to the lobby loot and reach the crate threshold and win the game.

As the other solutions say only the base healing plans are needed.
With the newest season 9 elimination crates have been added and are a faster way of getting all plans including weapons and healing plans instead of donating weekly or hoping you get them from battle pass or encounter crates.

The more you play elimination, even if you don't get healing plans, you will get other items weapon plans, skins etc that will lower the loot pool. These crates contain pretty much everything in the game from common to special issue rarity. I probably received 6-8 weapon plans out of 30 crates in a day including one healing plan.

All you have to do is win the match don't need to go crazy with kills but it helps. If you lose the match but have over 1k points individually you will receive a common crate for carrying your team lol

The fastest way to get this achievement, playing Assassination mode, was tested with two of my friends, Kruger 075 and Afttube, with two of them taking turns playing Assassination mode and they quickly dropped blueprints!!!

Green Crates netted me the antibiotic and bandage plans. I have other friends who got antibiotics in green. Seems to be the best crate to find them since the Xmas update.
