Challenges in the firing range are pretty difficult and require pretty much a lot of planning. Good aim and luck. You can get a bronze with little to no problems and unlock the achievement.
Note : There's usually III to V challenges per gun. And they become available after you find that gun in the crates or come back from a match with loot.
