If you have skipped the tutorial you can restart it from your shelter. Press start, go to options, go to game and scroll to the bottom to replay the tutorial.

restarting tutorial did not pop this for me :( not sure why

Replayed the tutorial at least 3 times now, still not unlocking for me... I'm going to guess this is currently bugged....?

EDIT: After trying once a day, every day since the OP, it finally unlocked! 24/2/2023

This will be the first achievement you get in the game. The first time you play the game you will enter a tutorial. Once you exit the tunnel in the tutorial your achievement will unlock.
