The first is found when you first explore the run down observatory (there is a huge telescope in the middle, with your partner examining a blue control panel just below it). Once you get here DO NOT examine the stairs on the left straight away.
Instead follow the right hand wall around until you see a small Sun pin on the floor, it is tucked in the corner behind one of the wooden outcroppings from the wall, and examine it to collect it. (There is also a flower to collect in this area).
Now later on you will be interrogating Mr Fairfax (the priest) in the Police Station. Interact with him to unlock his cuffs, then stand up and use the door to free him (there is also a feather to grab behind where you were sat). There will then be a door opposite you that you can see your partner in but DO NOT interact with this door yet.
Instead head left down the short corridor and look by the fire extinguisher on the floor, you'll find a moon symbol. Pick it up to get the achievement.
Do note if you miss the second item you CANNOT chapter select to get it, as the game will not recognise that you have the first one. So you most get both in one go - though you can chapter select from the Observatory and go from there.

This achievement is in two parts. If you miss this in your initial playthough, after you’ve completed the game, reload Chapter 16, ‘Mayor’ and play through until the achievement unlocks in Chapter 20, ‘Dead End.’
This achievement requires you to pick up two pins; a sun and a moon. After the Mayor of Kingdom gives you a campaign button in the diner, you and your partner are once again in the car, this time heading to the observatory. Once you walk inside, walk over to the second window from the right (it is the one just behind Halperin as you’re walking through the door). Sitting on the floor in the corner to the right of the window is the sun pin. Press 
to pick it up. Do this before interacting with the staircase as you will not have another opportunity to get this.
A little later on, you are developing film with Halperin in her bathroom. When that’s over, the scene will change to an interrogation room with the red haired priest handcuffed to a table. After taking the handcuffs off, stand up and walk over to the door to open it. Follow the priest out of the door, turn left and walk down the hallway. In the corner on the right next to a fire extinguisher will be the moon pin. Press to pick it up and unlock the achievement. Do this before interacting with the door across from the interrogation room otherwise you will miss this opportunity.

For this trophy you have to pick two pins: one a sun, the other a moon. Your first pin can be found when you are at the observatory with Halperin. It will be at the opposite of the entrance, close to the wall. Make sure to not interact with the staircase before picking up this pin. The next pin can be found after you leave the interrogation room, in the hallway, next to a fire extinguisher. Make sure to not interact with the door of the interrogation room where Halperin is before picking up this pin.
In case you forgot to pick up on of the pins and just want to go for this trophy, you'll have to play at least from Chapter 16 (Mayor) to Chapter 20 (Dead End).
