This unlocks just after you enter the hidden cave in the field near the closed off air base. In the cave you can grab a hat and then pry lose some boards to free a bird in a cage. The roof will then collapse and you'll end up in the police station.

You'll be offered a drink. Take it and sip it repeatedly until this achievement unlocks.

I only had to sip it once and it popped when the guy walked in to shake hands.

The description of this achievement is from a scene in the movie "Glengarry Glen Ross" when Alec Baldwin's character yells at Jack Lemmon's character to put that coffee down, coffee is for closers only. It occurs at 1:30-2:15 in this video of the best scene of the whole movie. https://youtu.be/PEg8TFxVLF4

After the scene where Halperin gets hit by the falling beam, a police officer will offer you a cup of coffee. Take the cup of coffee and keep sipping until the trophy pops. In case you missed it and only want this trophy, you can start Chapter 10 (Clubhouse) and try again.

When you and Halperin are investigating a cave, you will need to free a bird in a cage which is boarded up. Interact with the boards to pry them off then interact with the cage to hold the bird. When you hand the bird over to Halperin, the roof will start to rumble and a beam will fall on your partner, knocking her out.

When the scene changes to the police station, you will be offered a cup of coffee. Keep pressing to sip the coffee and the achievement should unlock after a few sips.

This is one of those single action achievements, so if you happen to miss this, after you’ve completed the game, reload Chapter 10, ‘Clubhouse’ and play through until you reach this point again.
