When you start quest mode yor rank will be 10th kyu.
you will notice that when you fight you will have a little bar at the bottom of the screen that fills up ot drops at the end of the match depending if you have win or lost.
To get the bar to fill up the fastest beat an opponent that is the same rank as you. you can also beat an oponent who is within 2 ranks above or below you but this will no fill your bar as fast.
Keep on ranking up and defeating opponents
The rank after 1kyu you wil become 1st dan.

For this achievement in quest mode you must rise from a 10th kyu to first dan by winning matches and filling your ranking gauge.
You will be promoted to a 9th kyu first and then descending order to a 1st kyu after this you obtain the rank of first dan.
