Once you start quest mode you will have to go into the shop and buy an orb disk.. I think this will cost you 5000. After you have bought an orb disk start fighting different people in the arcades.
After a couple of matches you will get an item match where you might win an orb if you beat the opponent.
The item matchers seem to be random, so it might take a while for you to win a orb.
Simply keep on buying the orb disks when you have filled one up...You will have to fill 3 orbs disks to get this achievement.

The same must be done here but with 3 orb plates.
After one orb plate is filled additional plates can be bought for 2000 gold at the item shop.
