This is for winning 10 cumulative games in arcade mode.
The structure of arcade mode is as follow:
- first round
- quarter-final
- semi-final
- final
- FC Sega (if you complete the first four games without using a single continue)
As such, if you don't select FC Sega as your team, and manage to win arcade mode twice without using continue, this achievement would unlock naturally.
