In the Main Menu go to Help and Options, press A Button on the first Point and you get the How to Play Manual.
Press here eight time right on the DPAD and A on the last Page and the achievement is yours.

To do so, select Help & Options from the main menu. Choose the top most option there, and keep scrolling right. Scroll till the last page, and the achievement will unlock.
