Play a game in Big Head Mode press Up, Down, Left, Right, Pass Button (it is X when you use the default button layout) when the Match begins (when the Speaker says the name from the teams) and the achievement unlockt verry easy

This is for playing with big heads in either arcade or offline versus mode.
To unlock big heads, input the following code when the announcer is announcing the names of the teams:

You must quickly input the above code before the game commences. There's only a few seconds to do so. If done correctly, the players' heads will miraculously turn big, and the achievement will unlock.
