FC Sega is a hidden team that you'll play against if you beat arcade mode without using a single continue. It's basically a team made up of the developers of the game. To use this team, you'd need to do the following in the team selection menu:

Select FRANCE, press

Select COLUMBIA, press
-
Select SPAIN, press
-
Select ENGLAND, press
-
Select GERMANY, press
-
Select ARGENTINA, press
If done correctly, FC Sega will appear at the bottom of the screen. Select it, and the achievement will pop moments into the match.
You'd need to be quick when selecting the teams, because you're given only 15 seconds to do so.
