This is for scoring a V goal, i.e., a golden goal. This means a vital goal scored in added time when the game is drawn.
To get this easier, set up arcade mode as follow:
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 1:30
Extra-Time: Time Free
PK: Off (this turns off automatically if you choose "time free" extra-time)
Now, simply pass the ball around without scoring. First, you'll see "Loss Time" at the top of the screen when time is up. Continue passing until the words "V Goal!" appear at the top. Go on and score a goal now, and the achievement will unlock.
