Virtua Tennis 3

Before/After each match some tennis pro will come up to you and a dialogue box will appear. Their virtual mouth will move around a bit as you read the text. That counts as a friend. That's a conversation. Therefore, after about, 25 matches, you'll have this achievement. *yawn*. If you're playing through the game you'll get it in no time, don't worry about it.

If you want this achievement as quickly as possible (for whatever reason), just attend any of the many practice matches you are offered during non-tournament weeks. Tournaments are worth several conversations each, too.
