How to unlock the All Stages Unlocked achievement in Virtua Tennis 3 - Definitive Guide
When you reach rank 2 in World Tour, which you get by winning some of the grand slam events, you unlock the King of Players tournament. Your opponent in this tournament is the person you chose most often as your doubles partner in the doubles tournaments (I'm not 100% on this, but I think that's how it works)
When you beat that person in the King of Players, you become #1 in the world. After that, you're invited to a new tournament a couple weeks later, the SPT Final. It's a doubles match against both King and Duke, and your partner is whomever you faced in the King of Players.
The way the game is supposed to work, is that you beat King and Duke and unlock the last stage, but it seems that if you win even one game against them, the achievement will unlock. I took the first game from them, and then got obliterated and lost 1-6, achievement popped when I was done.

You need to win all the tournaments. This can be done over a number of years. Check the calendar and look for one with no stars or less stars then your successful tournaments. I think for the rank 300 and 200 tournaments it will have 4 grey stars and for the 100 and 56 tournaments it will display 3 gold stars when you have won. Beat the tournaments missing the stars and you will get your invite.

I just want to verify and add a few things to JedMart's guide, and the comments along with it.
There are 25 stages total, in the following cities:
Dubai, Buenos Aires, Moscow, Phuket, Casablanca, Cape Town, Gold Coast, Milan, Dusseldorf, Barcelona, Vancouver, Shanghai, Tokyo, Dusseldorf (again), Barcelona (again), Milan (again), Vancouver (again), Los Angeles, and Shanghai (again), Melbourne, Paris, NY, London, Prague, and "?" (the one on the cruise ship from the King of Players tourney)
If you're having trouble getting the SPT Final to appear:
I believe that in order for the SPT Final to appear you have to have a certain amount of stars on throughout all the tournaments. You can get 4 stars on EVERY tournament by winning the tournament without dropping (losing) a game throughout the whole tournament. I was able to unlock 4 stars on all but the King of Players tournament, and the SPT final appeared for me. Though, I'm sure you can still unlock it with fewer stars than I had. (In order to unlock the King of Players, you must play in each Grand Slam Event (Australia in Feb, France in June, England in July, US in Sept) that calendar year).
I can also confirm that you don't have to win the SPT Final, I went 2-6 and the chievo unlocked as soon as the match finished.
If you won a game in the SPT Final against the King & Duke, but didn't get the achievement, go into an Exhibition match to check and see if you unlocked the stage in Prague, Czech Republic. If you did unlock it, check the list above and see what you're missing. (the stages with double are just different times of day).
I'm assuming that all the other stages unlock as you win their respective tournament in the world tour mode.
This is my first guide here, let me know what you think, and please message me before you vote negative. Thanks, happy hunting!

You do not have to play in every grand slam to unlock the King Of Players, you can win just two and still reach the required rank 16 for it to appear.
