To unlock this achievement, follow these instructions:
Step 1. Find 3 boosting partners. Either...
- Look for an active Gaming Session.
- Create a New Gaming Session.
- Or message players from the Virtua Tennis 3 Boost List.
Step 2. Find the Ranked Menu and Play!
- Decide on Team Pairings.
- Have team leader select Xbox LIVE from the Main Menu.
- Select Ranked Match, Match.
- Before selecting players, invite your teammate.
- Once both teams are ready, search.
Step 3. Achievements!
- Allow one team to win 10 matches for 10 Co-Op Doubles Ranked Wins
- Now swap roles. The second team should unlock Won Ranked Team Rank +25
- Once the second team has unlocked 10 Co-Op Doubles Ranked Wins, swap roles once more to allow the first team to unlock Won Ranked Team Rank +25
Notes:
- To make matches quicker, have the losing team quit after one point.
- The servers in this game are awful. If you are not matching up after 30 seconds, have both teams back out and search again.
- The above advice will also unlock 5 Consecutive Ranked Wins in Virtua Tennis 3

While you could try to beat them the real way and be “real” about it or you could just sit at your serve and wait for the opposing team to quit in which case you get the win. Note that doing this may cause you to get negative feedback from the other players.

Drabik's solution is great for winning the 10 in a row but for beating a team +25 pos above yours it DOES NOT work.
Even though the description says +25 position, it may actually be tied to Trueskill ranking instead. There are three different leaderboards for doubles (Men, Women, Mixed). All with different Trueskill rankings. The workaround is do 10 wins for one team on (Men's double) by picking only male players, then let the other team win ONCE to get the +25 pos achievement. Now switch to women's double by picking only female players and do the same for the other team (Win 10 times then let other team win). Of course you can choose mixed doubles as well, up to you.
