This is simple. In the world tour (or the story mode, if you like), practice in a couple of the mini-games until a tournament that you are able to play in (rank 300) appears. Then just win that tourney.
Cyrex, and, Smolotheklown
The first couple of tournaments that you are going to play in you will win very quickly. Most are going to be love games. Unless you really have a tough time with this game you should get this easily.
