This is a very simple achievement.
On the main menu simply choose Arcade mode from the list, either choose doubles.
Set the difficulty to easy.
Choose two good players like Federer and Djokovic
Simply play your first game and win, as it should be easier since you've put the difficulty to easy, and once you've won your first game the achievement will pop up.

This took me three attempts to unlock. It must be buggy, because I unlocked Doubles Grand Slammer in Virtua Tennis 4 before this. Now my achievements are out of order :'(
