Go to arcade mode - hard difficulty - serve and repeatedly hit the ball straight down the middle - your opponent should always hit the ball back down the middle - let the rally last 30 shots - once the game ends achievement will unlock - simple

I actually got this pretty late after much rarer achievements because I tend to a very aggressive serve and volley playstyle. It was just not enough time to build up a proper rally with that 
. In the end I did it with Courier in Arcade mode. His playstyle is more focused on scoring winners with strong hits which sometimes have to be prepared over a long rally.

Play an exhibition match on easy mode and just keep pressing 
without touching the dpad. The computer won't even try to make a winner, so can be easily earned in a couple of minutes. You may even get this naturally against a tougher opponent.
