You'll need to be in at least level 3 Clay Shooting before you can get this achievement.
In Level 3, there will be columns of four targets, plus another row moving slightly faster than the rest. Aim your ball so that it hits the column of four and time it so that the intersecting target is within that column for your 5x Combo.

This mini-game can be played in the World Tour or Party mode - You’ll probably get it without even trying; as long as you don’t use the 
Button.
A tip for this is not to use the direction controller when hitting the ball and just simply keep pressing and holding
