This is easiest to obtain in party mode. Note that it's one Wall Match, not one rally. I personally did two near the beginning, then another three after a few points were scored.
Run over the switches, although the blue wall is most likely to be the one you'll hit. If you can return a shot with little to no power from the absolute center of the court, the ball should come right back to you. Just keep tapping A until your achievement pops.
