This is a very simple achievement.
On the main menu simply choose Arcade mode from the list, either choose singles or doubles depending which arcade mode your wanting to participate in.
Set the difficulty to easy.
Simply play your first game and win, as it should be easier since you've put the difficulty to easy, and once you've won your first game the achievement will pop up.
