This achievement will come to you naturally as you play through the game towards your achievements.

For it to be a ground stroke it has to bounce once and then you swing through the ball.

If you would like to know how far you are through this achievement go to the main menu and click on 'my club' and then on medals. In there it will give you the stats towards all your achievements.
