I wanted to make this quick guide to get you guys this achievement. Through the main menu click on hall of fame. This can be done at any time (I haven't even started the game yet). Your objective is to get five pages in the small area and place them in the appreciation book on the table at the end of the mauseleum.
1. The first one is right behind you in spawn underneath a lit light.
2. Right next to the first page, lying on the ground at the end of the corridor.
3. When you enter through the door to the mauseleum, hug the right wall. You will see half of a page sticking out a wall.
4. Interact with the first picture on your right. It will be on the back of the picture.
5. Interact with the last picture on the left side of the room. It will be on the wall where the picture was.

I put a lot more pages in than those before it unlocked for me. I visited the hall of fame 2 or 3 times during game, but it wasn't until I found 4 more pages after completion that the achievement popped. Counting through (as I'm still there) there's 10 full pages. Maybe I missed one earlier on and didn't find it until the end? That would be odd tho.

It’s only 5 pages as Kexol wrote and you don’t need to complete the game. After collecting the pages you have to put them in the book. Then the achievement pops.

From the Main Menu, select "Hall of Fame". Inside this area, there will be some decrepit trees and a handful of portraits on the walls. On the far side of the room is a book that's missing a few pages. 5 pages, to be exact. All 5 pages are scattered within this area. You need to collect them and interact with the book to place them back in their rightful place. Their locations are as follows:
- At the "entrance", before you go through the door, turn around and the hallway will turn right. Follow it and on the left wall will be the Book Page.
- Just past the previous page, the hallway will lead to a dark area. On the floor just before it gets dark will be the Book Page.
- Head through the door into the decrepit area. Immediately turn right and tucked in the corner will be the Book Page.
- Just to the left of the previous Page is a portrait of two fine-looking gentlemen. Show them who's boss by interacting with the portrait to knock it to the ground. On the back of the frame is the Book Page.
- In the opposite corner (the back left corner) is a portrait of a single white man. Interact with the painting to knock him down as well and on the wall where the portrait was will be the Book Page.
Once you have all 5 Pages, interact with the book on the table and place all 5 Pages inside it. Interact with the book again and use
to go through each page to see everyone who made the creation of this game possible. Once you've turned to the last page, the trophy will unlock.

Note: This achievement is not gotten in the main game, but rather in the "Hall of fame" extra content!
To unlock this achievement, you need to find all five double sided pages in the "Hall of fame" section, which can be entered through the main menu.
1. In the starting corridor, turn left. This page hangs on the wall on the left.
2. In the starting corridor, turn left. This page lies on the floor near the back end of the corridor.
3. In the main room with the tree and the portraits. Turn right and interact with the portrait of the two bald men, and it'll fall down. The page will be on the back of the painting.
4. In the main room with the tree and the portraits. Move forward and turn left to face the third portrait from the door. Interact with it, and it'll fall down. The page will be on the wall behind where the portrait hung.
5. In the main room with the tree and the portraits. Immediately to the right of the door, in the corner, and right next to the portrait of the two bald men. The page is sticking out from the pillar.
Move to the stone plinth/altar with the book opposite of the door, and use all the pages on the book. The achievement will pop!
