Lucy's Chapter is one of the 3 "main" chapters in the game. They can be done in any order, but it's recommended you do Lucy's either first or second. If you're following the Roadmap above, this will be the second chapter you complete. To start it, head upstairs into the Master Bedroom. Go into the closet and follow it around to the door that leads to the little girl's (Lucy's) room. If her door is open, go ahead and close it. On it will be a drawing of a panda bear.
