How to unlock the Dwayne's memento master achievement in Visage - Definitive Guide

Missable.
There are a total of 7 VHS Tapes you need to collect. 3 are "unlocked" (will appear) once you finish each of the 3 Chapters (Dolores, Lucy, and Rakan). The other 4 will appear once you've finished any one of these Chapters. When they're unlocked, they can be picked up in the house at any time before you actually finish the game. Their locations are as follows:
After completing Dolores' Chapter:
There are a total of 7 VHS Tapes you need to collect. 3 are "unlocked" (will appear) once you finish each of the 3 Chapters (Dolores, Lucy, and Rakan). The other 4 will appear once you've finished any one of these Chapters. When they're unlocked, they can be picked up in the house at any time before you actually finish the game. Their locations are as follows:
After completing Dolores' Chapter:
- In the upstairs Master Bedroom. On the ground, just underneath Dolores' last known location at the end of her chapter (Negligence).
After completing Lucy's Chapter:
- In the upstairs bathroom, inside the toilet (Pride).
After completing Rakan's Chapter:
- Down inside the Basement. In the middle of the first hallway you come to, just next to a wall with a lot of white paint on it (this is the same wall you need to break for Easy way out
and Void 
) (Prison).
After you finish at least one Chapter:
- In the basement. Just next to the TV area is the white table with the two light switches on it (just to the right of the doorway leading upstairs and the room that leads to the kitchen area). In the bottom drawer is the VHS Tape (Addiction).
- Inside the first Basement door on the main floor (just next to the radio playing). Inside the top drawer of the white table on the left (Indifference).
- Down the stairs from the Progress Room, in the large living room area. Inside the cabinet on the far left. Open up the right door and the VHS Tape is sitting on the shelf (Affliction).
- In the storage room with the water heater inside of it (down in the basement). There is a box behind the door, just next to the water heater. The VHS Tape is on top of it (Greed).
You'll need all the Tapes to get the Family reunion ending, but you do not have to watch the VHS Tapes for this specific trophy. You just need to collect all 7. Once you pick up the last one, the trophy will unlock.

There are seven VHS tapes in the game, all found within the house. Simply pick up each of them, and the achievement will pop! You will also unlock the "Dwayne's memento" achievement achievement as part of getting this one.

Pride: After completing Lucy's chapter, it will be in the toilet in the bathroom.
Negligence: After completing Dolores' chapter, it will be on the floor together with a bit of rope, in front of the door out of the bedroom.
Prison: After completing Rakan's chapter, you will have to drop down through a hole in the floor. Once you land, the VHS tape will be on the floor by your feet.
Addiction: In the basement, near the TV room. Find the board that reads "basement rules", and look in the lower drawer of the stand beneath it to find the tape.
Greed: In the basement, go to the boiler room. You'll find the VHS tape on top of a cardboard box immediately to the right of the boiler.
Indifference: There is a stairway down to the basement between the kitchen and the entrance hallway. At the top of these stairs is a white stand. The VHS will be inside its top drawer.
Affliction: This VHS is found in the leftmost cabinet in the large, open living room where you talk with Rose on the phone at the beginning of the game. (Might not spawn until after you've completed a chapter.)
