How to unlock the Family reunion achievement in Visage - Definitive Guide

In order to get the family reunion ending you will have have to get all the pieces of the mirror mask. In order to start collecting the mask pieces you will have to complete Rakan's chapter and collect all the VHS tapes. Refer to the guide below to get them:

Achievement will unlock for-
Now that you have your VHS tapes, head on over to the TV room near the main entryway. On the shelf to the left of the TV is a VHS player. Each tape that you will play will give clues on where to look inside the house and what to expect while solving its puzzles. I would highly suggest going for "The Special Gift" achievement while doing the "prison" tape. As this one will be missable if you don't have an earlier save to get back to it! Refer to the guide below to solve each of the tapes (timestamps are in the video if you are looking for a specific tape):

If you follow my guide during the prison tape you will unlock-
Once you have all the pieces, make sure to save your game. Go to the alter where each of the chapter's items are. The mask will be right above the progression items. Interact with the mask. Head down to the basement and interact with the wall that leads to the revolver. Once you head through the door, a vibrant cutscene will play and your achievement will unlock!

I don't think you need to start or beat Rakan's chapter before the VHS tapes start showing up. I did Dolores' first and there were a few tapes after finishing her chapter. You might just have to complete 1 out of 3 chapters to start collecting the Mask pieces.

This is the "true" ending of the game and will require you to complete the Mirror Mask before you can get it (see Mirror mask master 
for more information on that). Once you have all the pieces, head up to the Progress Room and interact with the Mirror Mask above the altar. This will start the ending sequence. The trophy will unlock when the credits start to roll.
This is the last "story related" Trophy you should earn, so as such, if you need any help on any section of the game (be it a chapter, a collectible, or anything else), please reference the video walkthrough provided below. Alternatively, a Text/Image walkthrough has been provided here.

To get this ending(the good ending), you must first complete the Mirror Mask. This means you must go through all three chapters(Lucy, Dolores, Rakan), and then go through all Dwayne's Memento stories(Pride, Negligence, Prison, Addiction, Greed, Indifference, Affliction).
In the progress room you should be able to see a complete Mirror Mask above the three chapter progress items. Interact with the mask. After having done so, go down to the basement.
In the basement, you'll find a wall that looks newly plastered. The wall is a 45 degree diagonal to the rest of the walls. Interact with it to break through.
Go through the newly made hole, and down the stairs. Enter the door, and watch the ending. The achievement will pop!
In the progress room you should be able to see a complete Mirror Mask above the three chapter progress items. Interact with the mask. After having done so, go down to the basement.
