How to unlock the George's memento achievement in Visage - Definitive Guide

All tapes can be found during Chapter 2 - Dolores
Listed in order (if I remember correctly):
Location 1: In the parents bedroom after coming down from the attic, check the end table in the corner of the room next to the cassette player (to the left of the big creepy mirror if you are staring right at it).
Location 2: Once you find your way into the kitchen, Dolores will ask for some tea and the tape is right next to that tea.
Location 3: In the office on the second floor you will find a mirror that you can pass through (the one with the dead George in a chair). "Place" the knife where it belongs and you will get a key from his hand. Take this key to the locked door in the same room (turn to the left of George and its right by bookcase). Enter the room and look to your left on the table. There is a tiny box with a cloud toy and the second cassette.
Location 4: After busting through the wall in the bathroom on the second floor (clock puzzle area) you'll go through a door and down a hall. On the left right when it opens up will be a tiny table with a cordless phone port along with the final cassette tape.

Note: This is only possible to get during Dolores' chapter. You will get this as part of the road to getting the "George's memento master" achievement.
Once you've dropped down from the attic and into the bedroom, go to the corner with all the numbers written on the walls and papers. On the stand there you'll find an audio cassette recorder and a cassette. Pick up the cassette and the achievement will pop!
