How to unlock the Gotcha, you little... achievement in Visage - Definitive Guide
Bernard the Alien will randomly spawn somewhere in the house. To unlock this achievement, you must find and interact (by pressing ) with Bernard. Doing so will warp Bernard back to the planet Ceiphe. You must be quick once you get close as Bernard will make a run for it and disappear.
This is best done between chapters. I unlocked this achievement after completing the “Rakan” chapter and still having the “Lucy” and “Dolores” chapters to go.
There are 4 confirmed locations throughout the house where Bernard can spawn. These locations can be seen below:
* Location 1 - Living room near the front door.
* Location 2 - Living room #2 on the way to the progress room.
* Location 3 - In the basement on the way to the storage room with the freezer and the electrical room.
* Location 4 - In the garage. The garage can be accessed by collecting the note on the garage door, finding the garage key inside the dryer in the laundry room (take a right after entering the kitchen, then another right to find the laundry room) and using the garage key on the garage door to unlock it.You can go to a spawn location above, make a manual save and then keep loading the save until Bernard the Alien spawns at the location you are at (or check all four locations above then reload).

I ran in circles and checked all 4 locations. Fucked it up 3 times but than finally got it. Reload didn't work for me

Reloading DID work for me. I saved right in front of Location 2, with the cabinet open. Was doing circuits between locations, and on one reload, the alien was right in front of me in the cabinet as per the picture.

Right next to the door to the freezer room in the basement is a shelf with four photos and an elephant toy.
There is a chance that a small alien toy will appear between two of the photos. To unlock this achievement, you need to interact with the toy before it has a chance to disappear.
Apparently you can reload the game to make the alien appear, but this didn't work for me. I was able to spawn it by shooting myself with the revolver found behind the painted wall in the basement (knock the wall down with the sledgehammer). I had to try this a few times before it finally appeared.

I just finished all three chapters and I just started looking for the little alien. I checked all four locations listed in the guide and found nothing. Are we loaded each of the four suggested locations multiple times and still nothing. Does it have to be during a chapter?

I did this one after finishing all the chapters. Did you try the revolver method?

Missable.
Downstairs in the basement, there is a door that leads to a small room with a deep freezer in it (this is the same room where you pick up one of the Matryoshka Dolls for Matryoshka dolls master ). Just outside of the room is a small table to the right of the door. Periodically, a tiny little green alien will appear on top of the shelf, roughly in the middle of the picture frames. You need to quickly click on the Alien to warp it away and get the trophy. The issue comes from how quick the little bugger is. If you stare directly at him, he'll jolt to the right and hide behind a picture frame. If he does, you'll need to wait for him to respawn. When he actually spawns will be random for everyone, but you'll pass this shelf a LOT as you play through the game, so just be sure to check it each time you do.

When he does appear, you'll come to despise your DS4/DualSense controller, to say the least. Instead of trying to click directly on him, you more so want to strafe from the right and over to the left where he is.
That way if he runs away, you can still click on him if need be.
If you're not having much luck getting him to spawn naturally, you can save scum this trophy a bit until he appears. Manually save right in front of the shelf and just keep reloading that same save file until the tiny little green alien finally appears. Once he does, use the same strafing technique mentioned above. Once you interact with him and he warps away, the trophy will unlock.
To get this achievement, you must find this tiny alien and click on it. He's very minute and can be hard to see. If you take more than a few seconds, he will run away, squealing like a pig. I also believe he might spawn in different places.
This achievement can be unlocked at the very start of the game, as he spawns inside the middle cabinet in the large living room where you talk to Rose on the phone. (The right most cabinet of the two right by each other.) He will spawn on the shelf with the white, decorative vases. You can open the cabinet doors without him reacting.
If he doesn't spawn here, exit to the main menu, start a new game, and look again. The chances for him spawning here are relatively high, so you shouldn't have to do this more than two or three times before you see him.
Just click on him, and he'll start to glow. The achievement will pop!
