Once you finished Rakan's chapter, a tape will be on the floor next to the half painted wall (that leads you to the revolver). Grab the tape and put it into the VCR that is next to the TV. From the dining room, go down into the basement and continue straight along the path. If you see a flickering light you are on the right path. Go to the end of the hallway and grab the sledgehammer. Afterwards, all the lights will go out except for two. There are four brick walls you need to knock out with the sledgehammer. Move up to each one while moving your light bulbs. Once you knocked out the walls, grab the crate from one of the rooms. Move the crate to the hole where the little kid's bedroom is located. Interact with the crate and open the closet in the room. Easter egg found and achievement unlocked!

Just so you know, you don't have to use candles like they show in the video. You can move the light bulbs throughout the room to light your way.

This trophy can only be earned during the PRISON VHS Tape Puzzle/Mini-Chapter. The Prison VHS can be picked up as soon as you finish Rakkan's Chapter (it'll be on the floor right by your feet so it's really hard to miss).
During this VHS Puzzle, you'll need to break down 4 brick walls to collect the Mirror Mask piece. With your back facing the Exit sign, there will be two walls on the left (one in the front and one in the back) and two walls on the right (ne in the front and one in the back). When you break the back right wall, there will be a crate you can pick up. You need to bring the crate back to the front left wall and use it to climb into the bedroom behind the brick wall. On the right side of the room is closet. Open it up and on the wall inside will be an Axe. As soon as you look at it, the trophy will unlock.

During the Prison VHS tape story segment, you'll find yourself in a hallway with two rooms on each side. Straight ahead is a sledgehammer.
In each of the four rooms is a brick wall. To progress you must use the sledgehammer to break all four walls(each wall takes three hits), and the sledgehammer should break. However, before you progress further after that, by interacting with the wall where the sledgehammer was, go to the room that contains a wooden crate.
Carry the crate with you to where you can look into the son's room. Place it in front of the hole, interact with the top of the crate to jump onto it, and then go into the room. Open up the closet to find the axe stuck in the wall and a note. Interact with the note, and the achievement will pop!
