I did this achievement in the Dolores' chapter (started by interacting with the key hanging on the wall, to the left of the radio.)
To get this achievement, you will need to be in the Kitchen. Open the microwave and put in a coffee cup, then close the microwave door. The achievement should pop once you do that. I used a coffee cup, but other objects might work too.

I was attempting to drop into the hole in the floor in the bathroom and this achievement popped hahaha. I never attempted to touch the microwave and I still don’t even know where it is. Not complaining though

Missable.
This can be done at any time while you're still in the house (between chapters, Lucy's Chapter, and Dolores' Chapter). When you're able to enter the Kitchen, there will be a Microwave sitting on the counter (you'll actually pass this a handful of times on your travels throughout the story). At any point, open up the door to the Microwave and place the Mug sitting on top of it inside, then close the door. When you do, the trophy will unlock.

After playing through one of the three chapters, you should have access to the kitchen. The microwave should be easy to spot on the counter.
