Surprisingly easy achievement to get, and no youtube video required here!
To get this, you need to head to the front door of the house(main foyer, with the stairs leading to the front hallway). From here, face the front door and look down. You should see a small page sticking out from underneath the door. Grab that, and it'll pop.

You need to start the chapter with the keys by the door to get it to spawn in the comic page. Well, at least that is the chapter I started.

The page was underneath the front door when I started the game, no chapters started yet.

started a new game a few times, went to the front door, no page underneath the front door.
Then,
I went upstairs, through the bathroom, through the bedroom, back in the 1st-floor corridor,
then back downstairs and the page had spawned underneath the door.
No need to start any chapter.
It's actually better not to start a chapter, as you do not risk to die.
Then,

To unlock this achievement, find any of the first two The Neighbors comic book pages. (The other two are unlocked after the first two are found.)
Just go to the front door in the entrance hall. The first page is sticking out from under the front door. Click on it and the achievement will pop!
