How to unlock the Evolver achievement in Viva Piñata - Definitive Guide

The two easiest are:
• Candary: Have your Sparrowmint eat a buttercup flower and it will change into a Candary
and
• Redhott: Select a Taffly and direct it to a torch. Once it flies through and catches fire equip your Water Can and wait for it to land. As soon as the Taffly lands pour water on it to put the fire out. The Taffly will then become a Redhott.
I put the full list under the Master Evolved achievement.

@ CKinAL - You created the guide for Master Evolver, obviously you didn't take credit for it but it would be a good idea to copy & paste the complete list you had for the 8 evolving in here as well, it makes things easier (by default the secret achievements are set to be hidden, new comers to the site maybe unaware of the setting you can change it to show them all).
Anyway here you go, for those who are having trouble finding what you should do (yes I've had friends ask me the conditions, I have it so could see the M.E achievement).

I do not take credit for this but here are the 8 different evolved species:
• Candary: Have your Sparrowmint eat a buttercup flower and it will change into a Candary.
• Juicy Goose: Have your Quackberry eat a Gooseberry and it will evolve into a Juicy Goose.
• Lackatoad: Direct your Lickatoad to eat a Nightshade fruit and then quickly equip your shovel and tap it on the head. It will become a Lackatoad. You want to do this before it becomes poisoned.
• Redhott: Select a Taffly and direct it to a torch. Once it flies through and catches fire equip your Water Can and wait for it to land. As soon as the Taffly lands pour water on it to put the fire out. The Taffly will then become a Redhott.
• Salamango: Have your Newtgat eat a Chili and it will change into a Salamango.
• Zumbug: Direct your Horstachio to eat both a Blackberry and a Daisy flower and it will become a Zumbug.
• Twingersnap: Romance two Syrupants. Watch the egg that follows and right before it hatches, you will see it make three large bounces. On the third bounce, hit it with your shovel. A twingersnap will hatch. Don't confuse the hop-hop-hop with the normal bouncing of the egg.
• Fourheads: Same as above but you have to romance two Twingersnaps.

If you go to 'My Settings' there is an option in the first box under 'Achievements' that has the option to 'Show secret achievements I dont have'. I had this selected to 'Yes' so I did not realize that this was a secret achievement, and therefore no additional clicking. The reason I posted the two I did was because in my opinion, they were the easiest, as they were two of the animals you got to your garden first. Thank you though for posting the complete list, you are right, it is nice to have the whole thing in both places.

Yeah sorry I noticed that when I was changing my settings for the "don't include DLC for completion %", I saw that option but couldn't remember where that had applied before, obviously it was this one.
