A pupbot looks like a roomba vacuum with dog ears. You'll find it randomly on vessels, and I believe it tells you in the top right corner of the pre-mission screen if there is one on that level. Find it and blow it up/shoot it/kill it. Loot whatever it drops.

I finally finded one, killed it and looted the item, but got no achievement

On the Star Map, look for a ship with the green property : Pupbot - Pupbot has a stolen part.
When you board Pupbot will be somewhere randomly in the ship. You'll reconise it as looking like Kittybots weapon only it has a puppy face and ears and moves around yapping.
It will run away and has a fair amount of health making it hard to kill if you don't have a good weapon, you can keep it in place using the zapper or locking doors. Usual mechanical enemy rules apply, you cannot kill it with Germspiker etc
Once killed, it will become a junk container. The domed head of the pupbot can be looted. Just loot it for the item and you will get the achievement. (note it is a physics object so it is possible to lose it if you knock it about when killing it. I shot one with the Nebulator and am pretty sure I clipped it through the hull as I could not find it anywhere afterwards)
