If you look at the actual achievement picture it shows you what the garbage ship looks like. they move around the map very quickly so it helps if you have a warp key to ketch em 👍 Just land in the same spot and it will automatically capture it for you

Garbage Collectors are orange and move from left to right across the Star Map, in case anyone was wondering.
