Easiest done at the beginning of World One. Press 
to get a temporarily wider camera view, start charging your spear by holding 
, and then let go when you see four or more enemies. The charged spear should take them all out. Note that your can only charge spears if you have the Iron Shield, which you will inevitably pick up at the beginning of World One.
