This sounds more intimidating than it actually is. If you’re practicing Ending A, then chances are you will get this on your finishing playthrough. You will become so familiar with the worlds, that you will barely die at all.
If you happened to not get this after getting Ending A, then no worries. You can start a new game and skip each world by moving your character left. Then you will only have to beat worlds five and six with less than 10 deaths for this achievement which is not bad at all.
