Science Laboratory is the fifth level available to you after finishing a level on Haunted Mansion.
Load up a game with any settings.
Press
x2 to select a fighter for yourself and then 
on the opposing team to add a bot.
Once in the game, pause with
and press on the orange arrow to quit to the menu. This will unlock the achievement. And will also unlock the Ball Disposal Facility level.
