The easiest place to get this is in the level Below Decks, which is the inside portion of the ship you have to visit to find the onions for Crawdad Jimmy's gumbo. Once you get into the second room, there will be a huge swarm of dragonfly enemies. Simply jump into the middle of the room, make sure they're all kind of gathered near you, and use your voodoo attack. That's all there is to it.

Another great place to get this achievement is in the level "The Midway".
On your way collecting the 5 Coins, you will find a Trailer, just pull down the switch in front of it, now it opens and the Enemies run square to you. Use your voodoo attack and the achievement is yours
