During the third wave of the Evil Vince fight, the boss will summon seven crab enemies. If you stand in the middle of the room, you can use one voodoo power and hit all seven of them. When they die, they drop a ton of beads and also spawn three more baby crabs each.
After defeating all of the crabs, Evil Vince will send out four shockwaves attacks. If you do NOT attack the boss he will summon the crabs again. Rinse and Repeat. They drop enough beads to completely fill up your voodoo powers and health in the process

I found this to be the fastest way to do this achievement. Stand in the middle, the moment the crabs spawn and head to your direction use the voodoo power. Then wait for the crabs to explode. Make sure you are a little above center. The moment the children crabs pop into the air, use the voodoo power. If you time it perfectly you kill them all. Rinse and repeat.

This achievement isn't hard, just requires a bit of grinding. I found the best area for this is in the "Zombie Guidance Counselor" section of the game.
The Objective in this area is to grab an orb that attracts the zombies and the enemies in the area. when you place the orb in the specific spot the corresponding zombie will slowly come to that tomb with you needing to defend the orb from the enemies so they do not move the zombies to their tomb in the centre of the area. If the enemies capture 3 zombies you end up losing. You win and move onto the next area when you capture 3 zombies each being in their own tomb.
For this achievement though you do not want to capture any zombies. First pick up the orb and run and jump around within the immediate area avoiding the enemies until there are 8 spawned and close by (8 being the maximum amount spawned at a time). Press
to drop the orb then immediately press 
& 
at once to activate your voodoo power to eliminate the enemies within the area your power effects which if done right should eliminate all 8 enemies on screen. Once that animation is done and you can move again, recollect to orb and wait for the next 8 enemies to spawn one at a time and then repeat.
For me this was done on my second play-through after doing some management of save files to get the "Flail-o-rama" as I missed both of these achievements on my first play-through. At the time I was running through to get this achievement I had 30% completion, to get 100% took me about an hour and a half. I would suggest getting about 4 charges of voodoo power by collection all the pages in a level and then the skull in a few levels before reaching this point (1 to use regularly, 1 in case you miss an enemy, then a couple in case you cant collect beads in time to recharge it).

There are two faster ways, one of which is not missable.
The first is in the area Below Decks, inside the ship in the swamp. Enter through the window, run down into the second room, and use voodoo in the middle of all the dragonflies. Exit through the window, re-enter, repeat. This is what I did, didn't take very long at all.
An even faster but missable method is to grind kills during the Evil Vince boss fight in the House of Mirrors late into the game. When you've hit him twice he will start to spawn crabs, the ones that split up into four smaller crabs when they die. Use voodoo on all crabs and smaller crabs, then avoid Vince's attacks until he summons more crabs. The crabs drop so many beads that you'll never even be close to running out of voodoo power.

None of these miscellaneous or kill achievements should be missable... you can replay any level in its entirety from the "chapter book" with all enemies/objectives/bosses respawned. I think a lot of people just didn't notice it because it's in a weird spot.
Tab over to load saved game --> click on your game --> chapter book
This is how I did any miscellaneous achievements I missed the first time and farmed kills for this achievement.
