This is very easy. Every time that you go into the Wake-up Club, your avatar will start in the middle of the screen. Keep pushing away in the middle and you will have no trouble getting this trophy out of the way on your first Wake-up Club attempt. I get 2 seconds every time.

This is a very easy trophy. When the alarm time is activated, you see a black screen for a few seconds, after which your avatar appears in the center of the screen. Just start tapping your finger in the center of the screen in advance and thus waking up will take place in 2 seconds.
