This is done with the Score Attack at the shooting range across from Gunsmith’s workshop on the 3rd floor of the Police HQ.

This may take a few attempts but just remember to switch your rifle to single fire using and make your shots count so you can get the best accuracy bonus at the end. Always aim for headshots and bullseyes as you’ll get a bonus for the amount you hit at the end.

You can also customise your gun in the menu so you can give yourself a larger magazine if needed so you don’t waste too much time with reloads
