This will be a grind unless you’re also going for Emma Lauthner and even then you may wind up short. Best way to grind it is the beginning of Mission 3 (Club Deaf Panther). There will be a large amount of enemies in the first room that you can slice your way through. I found that they’re much weaker than the synths in the previous mission and you can get through them pretty fast. Once you clean out those enemies you’ll get a short skippable cutscene of more enemies coming in. Wipe them out and then reload your save. Rinse and repeat as needed.
Note: this will be a bit easier and faster to do on a NG+ playthrough as you’ll have all abilities unlocked meaning you’ll have more moves and increased damage at your disposal.

The above post is wrong unless you do 1000 chainsaw kills but YOU MUST DO MELEE KILLS ONLY.
Using only melee attacks on Player Stats has to hit 1000 kills.
Doing finishers or chainsaw kills or mixing both stats DOES NOT COUNT.
Same thing with guns applies no headshots or handgun kills do not count.
