You can get this quite easily at the beginning of Mission 3 (Club Deaf Panther). There are a lot of weak enemies at the beginning fight so just bait them into a group and throw a incendiary grenade at them and you should easily kill 3+. You have 3 grenades and plenty of enemies to try with and you can always reload your save if you don’t get it.
Incendiary grenades can be unlocked from the skill menu (you will very likely already have this unlocked by the time you get to this mission unless you’ve been focusing on maxing one skill tree at a time). Incendiary grenades are equipped by holding
and either

. If you want to switch grenades but don’t want to throw it just yet then just use 
to dash out of it.
