The easiest way to earn this achievement is at the very beginning of the Club Deaf Panther stage. The stage starts off with really weak enemies. Just keeping spamming 
and you should get the achievement in no time. Make sure to use the handgun to get the kills.
You can get this achievement at any stage, but for me this was the easiest.
