This will be the same solution used for Chanbara.

This will be a grind unless you’re also going for Emma Lauthner and even then you may wind up short. Best way to grind it is the beginning of Mission 3 (Club Deaf Panther). There will be a large amount of enemies in the first room that you can shoot your way through. I found that they’re much weaker than the synths in the previous mission and you can get through them pretty fast. Once you clean out those enemies you’ll get a short skippable cutscene of more enemies coming in. Wipe them out and then reload your save. Rinse and repeat as needed. Make sure to not spray too much so you maximise the amount of kills you’re getting and you can also pick up a shotgun from a few enemies to help get a few more kills in.

Note: this will be a bit easier and faster to do on a NG+ playthrough as you’ll have all gun attachments unlocked meaning you’ll have more ammo and increased damage/accuracy at your disposal
